Brief Answer:

Likely to subside with rest and Tylenol

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The pain in the butt cheek can be due to a muscle spasm. In addition to Tylenol you can do a hot compress and apply a local analgesic gel. This is likely to subside on its own in the next few days.

In case the pain is persistent then do consider consulting your primary physician and get oral muscle relaxants prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
