Most likely you are having Deviated nasal septum.
Detailed Answer:
HI
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to Deviated nasal septum. It is usually present in almost 25 % of population. Only if symptoms are very much trouble some you can go for surgery.
You can use nasal decongestant sprays to relieve from the symptoms. Xylometazoline ( Otrivin) can be used for this.Taking chewable Vitamin C daily is also good. In case of persisting allergic symptoms like continuous sneezing taking Combination of anti histamines like Levocetirizine and mast cell stabilizers like Monteleukast for long term will be helpful also.
Avoid contact with dusty environment. Use warm water for bathing. Avoid taking cold foods and drinks. These all measures help.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
