Brief Answer:
Enetritis with piles possibly?

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you have bowel problems for the last 6 months and a boil coming and going just outside of anal area. You were given Dalacin C for 3 days only that too about 2 months back.

It looks that you have either diarrhea or constipation.
Both the conditions cause the piles (hemorrhoids), this may be the small boil coming and going.

It looks that Dalacin C (clindamycin ) was given for infection of the intestine.

I would advise in such a situation the following:
-Tests of stool for 3 consecutive days.
-Test of blood: Routine CBC, Thyroid function tests, sugar, urea, creatinine and so on
-Again a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic.
-Clinical evaluation, examination per rectal examination and proctoscopy by a General Surgeon to see where there is prolapsing pile or polyp and so on.

Colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen if your Doctor thinks so.

I hope this answer helps you to get the proper diagnosis and obviously the treatment for a permanent cure. I shall be happy to get the feedback from you.
Please let me know a few details:
- Are the stools loose or hard (constipation)
- Any bloating /gases
- Nausea/vomiting/acidity?
- Any bleeding per anus?
- Any other medical problems you have like diabetes, hypertension or so?

Please feel free to ask further relevant questions if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.
