Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read carefully all your concerns and I understood your query.

You are reporting to have cold sweats, fatigue, abdominal pain etc. these symptoms are typical for stomach flu , viral infection. You will be with these symptoms for a couple of days.

Meantime I suggest to :
- use plenty of water
- continue to use Tylenol
- use antacids and ranitidine
- use simethicone to avoid gass
- avoid sugar and fatty foods
- use antispastic drugs like Nospa to improve abdominal pain
- use chamomile tea
Hope it was helpful to you.
