Question : I had constipation for 4 days, frontal headache, fatigue, sweats, used an enema. Now I have alternating fever and chills, focal pain in upper right quadrant of the abdomen, worse frontal headache and eye pain, heavy head, no constipation, thirst, malaise. I am concerned about the right abdominal pain. Worse when I bend over or turn on my left side.
Brief Answer:
Can be appendix inflammation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,Thanks for the query.
The classic symptoms of appendicitis include Dull pain near the navel or the upper or lower abdomen that becomes sharp as it moves to the lower right abdomen; this is usually thefirst sign Loss of appetite. Nausea or vomiting fever chills may soon after abdominal pain begins.
Intially you should go for an ultrasound abdomen to rule out appendicitis.
A stool test should be done to see anh protozoal or bacterial infection.
However initially inflammation of appendix should be ruled out,
Thanks.
