Question : Hi,
Im mother of 3 months baby. Im having constipation from febraury mid and taking treatment. Im using softovac powder. Please suggest calcium tablet which i can use as i have too much back pain. I discontinued calcium tablet as it might cause constipation

You can take Shelcal once a day which is a calcium supplement.
You can either continue taking softovac for relief from constipation or take Cremadiet Duo two scoops in 250 ml of water.

There are many different causes for back ache. Calcium supplementation alone is not enough. Consult your doctor for examination and treatment.

I was taking shelcal and stopped if that was the reason for comstipation. I delivered a baby in XXXXXXX and was asked to take calcium tablet for 6 months. I stopped from 2 weeks. If i take it gets better
