Brief Answer:
A few more tests needed. Meanwhile, you can take supplements.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I have carefully gone through all your reports and being your personal doctor, I will help you in solving your health issues.

The reports indicate a slight enlargement of the liver, probably in response to the alcohol intake. Therefore the first thing that I will advise you, if you are taking alcohol, still, just as you have mentioned, 200 ml a day, is to stop it. The best treatment for alcohol is to get a detoxification done at a hospital. This procedure will help remove the alcohol and the craving for it at a physical level from your system. This is hassle free and is offered at virtually all government hospitals. You need not go through any withdrawal issues.

I would suggest that you take your SGOT and SGPT levels after this. Once we have these reports we can make further conclusions.

There is no harm in taking liver supplements like LIV 52.

You need a chest examination and a probable chest X ray if you are getting short breaths. Do note, that if you smoke, you need to stop this too. There are too many causes of short breath to mention here, and we need a core diagnosis that an examination and an X ray will give us.

I have mentioned a medication, and given you advice on these matters.
So, please follow the suggestions.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

You mentioned about blood fat. I understand this to be cholesterol. You might want to take Atorvastatin, which is a blood lipid lowering agent. You need to see a doctor in any event to take this medication.
