What Causes Persistent Cough And Running Nose?
Question: My partner XXXXXXX coughing 5 weeks no cough mixture helping him he said nose keeps dripping what can he use to help 5his please help

Thanks for posting in HCM.
It could be because of allergic reason.
First thing to do is to find out the cause of allergy which i suspect something to do on daily basis which is preventing patient to get better.
Sleeping mattress, pillow, blanket should be cleaned thoroughly for mites and dust.
Pollen grains in air also causes allergy and difficult to control.
Any food stuffs recently changed or having recently can also trigger this problem.
Kindly keep observation on day to day activity to find out the exact cause that might be causing the allergy. Once found out and confirmed, avoiding it can prevent further allergic episodes.
Till then take tab allegra 120mg twice a day. Or even tab levocetrezine 10mg during sleeping will do.
