Question: i have had a persistent cough for about 4-5 weeks. no plegm or other signs, etc. no other symptoms. no fatigue. Just a dry cough. X-rays look cloudy. Do I have walking pneumonia and should I isolate myself from other people, e.g, I belong to a card playing group.

Brief Answer:
Can you send me image of your chest x ray?

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Cloudy chest x ray means pneumonia. So possibility of pneumonia is more. And in this case, it is better to keep yourself isolated.
But it would be of great help in guiding you if you can send me the image of your chest x ray.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
