Question : I have had endogenous depression for 40 years and have been on various meds. Right now I'm on rexulti and wellbutrin but I'm still slow and not alert enough as though my transmitters are not working fast enough. Without a complete background, can you suggest a med to try? XXXXXXX

Sometimes treatment for depression can include a stimulant medication ad an augmenting agent for energy, alertness, and concentration. Typically Ritalin 5mg is used twice daily. I recommend taking to your doctor about considering using this medication.
