Question : I've been dizzy and lightheaded for 3 days so far. should I see my doctor?

You can start symptomatic treatment now.

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query to HCM.

As of now, you can start symptomatic treatment with betahistine tablets. You should fell better in a day or two if the symptoms are due to peripheral vertigo.

If symptoms persist for more than 2 more days, you can see your doctor.
