Question : Yesterday I became dizzy, numb from my waist down, and very unstable on my feet. I had taken my medication including tribenzor, bystolic, and crestor. I think I should not have taken all of those. Can you advise me. XXXX

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..

I think you should not have took the three types of drugs together , i think this combination have caused weakness , hypotension and dizzy some drugs cause such symptoms when used together .
Tribenzor may have caused the tingling or numbness sensation as it is a common side effect for it , bystolic could cause headache and sleeplessness while crestor may cause difficulty in movements and pain in joints .
So imagine using three drugs with these common side effects in combined together .
Avoid using them again and if the symptoms persists more than 2 to 3 days i recommend a visit to your physician for proper evaluation and management and
proper dosing of your medical requirements .

If I were to cut out either the crestor or bystolic, which one should it be?

you may stop or decrease crestor and not bystolic if you are a cardiac patient .

Detailed Answer:
crestor is a drug to protect against high cholesterol levels and lipoproteins while bystolic is a beta blocker used with cardiac and blood pressure symptoms so i think you may decrease the drug that you need less according to your given history i think you may stop the crestor or decrease its dose .
You have to ask your physician for stopping it , if more side effects apear immediately go to the emergency room .
In my point of view as an orthopedic it is not dangerous to stop it but for your sake ask your physician if there is a risk or not .
