Question : My 21 year old daughter has been feeling dizzy, light headed, eyes not focusing, low energy for 2 days. She has tried hydrating, eating more and she still feels the same.

I would suggest you to see physician for examination and for few investigation.
She requires
1. Hb estimation - to rule out anaemia
2. Random blood sugar (RBS) - for hypoglycaemia
3. Blood pressure monitoring -- hypotension
4. Thyroid function tests(TFT) -- hypothyroidism
5. Serum electrolytes -- electrolytic imbalance
