What you are experiencing may be related to:
- Cardiac issues
- Inner ear disorders
- Cervical spine spondilytis
- Neurological disorders

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following exams:
- Blood work
- ECG
- Cardiac echo
- Cervical spine x-ray
- Audiogram

Meanwhile, I would suggest taking Betaserc to relieve your symptoms.
