What Causes Persistent Fatigue And Tingling Sensation In The Right Foot?

Question: I am tired most of the time. I feel weak and I have vibration in my body. I especially feel it when I come to a stop when I am driving. It is very uncomfortable. I feel off balance sometimes. It is random. I also have tingling on the side of my right foot. I have heart palpitations.

Get blood investigation like Thyroid profile, vitamin D 3,vitamin B 12,blood sugar, hemogram, liver function test, renal function test.
Is there any chest pain, swelling over body?
Is there any anxiety, depression?
You should get investigated and follow up.
