Brief Answer:
Can be caused from different conditions

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

If your legs have tendency to be swollen and they change the color, most probably you have vessel problems in low extremities. I would advise you to have duplex ultrasound done of lower extremities.
Tiredness and sleeplessness are complaints that can be seen in many conditions, usually majority of diseases have such symptoms. At first it can be from overtiredness, it you sit in front of computer much and don't have regular rest. It can be also from spine problems, but such patients usually have back pain as well.
Can be if you have low Hb levels in your blood, it is observed among people who don't eat meat or have blood loss.
Can be observed in diabetes, especially when a person have high sugar levels but don't know about it.
Can be from neck vessel problems, when brain doesn't receive enough blood.
It is seen in patients with thyroid problems.
Also it can be observed among patients with heart and lung diseases, but in these cases usually dispnea is also present, and in lung diseases people usually have cough and in heart diseases chest pain along with dispnea.
As you see your complaints can be caused from different conditions, so I would advise you to see a doctor and undergo examinations to find the cause.

Take care
