Brief Answer:
needs blood and stool tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Persistent fever and diarrhoea for 10 days needs blood and stool tests to rule out infections like shigella, urinary tract infection, sepsis, etc.
Do consult your pediatrician or visit ER to get him treated Asap.
He may require complete examination and hospitalisation if required.
Get his liver function tested too to rule out hepatitis.
For time being oral rehydration solutions and Acetaminophen for fever should help.
But consult soon.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
