Question : hi,
my daughter is 3 years old and has a fever of 103. on the advice of the doctor we have given her mefanorm 2 hours back but the fever is not going down. What do we do in such a case

I have gone through your query. I need to know the body weight of your daughter. The required dose of mefanorm (mefenamic acid) is 7mg/kg/dose. It could be that the dose is inadequate. However, if the temperature does not come down you should give her tepid sponging continually and need to bring down the temperature anyhow.
