What Causes Persistent Fever, Dizziness And Frequent Urination?

Question: i was having blood in urine,headache constantly,fever of 100.4,weakness,dizziness,frequent urge to urinate,pain in lower abdomen constantly and severe while urinating,no blood except in urine,small white discharge once.i had sex some days ago and two weeeks ago.my periods are irregular from a long time.they dont come for months.i took ahome pregnancy test it went invalid.what can it be vaginal infection or pregnancy

Hi,

I understand your concerns.

You are suffering from urinary tract infection ( UTI).

Please start antibiotics for urinary tract infection after consulting your doctor. Give urine for culture and sensitivity test.

There seems to be associated fungal infection of vagina also. Please start clingen vagina; pessaries every night for 7 doses.

This is nothing to do with pregnancy.

I again did today home pregancy test in the morning.it came negative. Is this reliable?
