Brief Answer:
CRP is mildly raised that may be due to some bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Fever in this age can be due to viral or bacterial infection. CRP is c reactive protein and is usually done to differentiate bacterial and viral as CRP value gets increased in bacterial infection. WI mg/dl of CRP in this age is considered to be mildly raised.
Viral infection does not need to be treated with antibiotic like bacterial infection.
So CRP also helps in deciding to start antibiotics.
2 + Albumin in urine if not associated with other abnormality like RBC or pus cell in urine is not very much suggestive as mild increase in urinary Albumin can be there in any fever.
I would like to know if there are other symptoms like urinary difficulty, cough/cold or any stomach problem along with fever.
I would request you to consult your pediatrician with the reports for further evaluation and treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile give him paracetamol for fever along with plenty of fluids.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Regards
