Question : Hello. I toke a dose of Nurofen ( ibuporfen ) at 7 pm. (200mg). My head still hurts. It's 11 pm now. Can i take a new one?

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Yes you can take another 200 mg of Ibuprofen after some food..but instead of Ibuprofen, I'd suggest you to take Tab PARACETAMOL (Tylenol) 650mg after some food on SOS basis (not more than three times a day)..

Avoid stress and take rest, also drink plenty of water to remain well hydrated, it'll help in quick relief from headache..
