Brief Answer:
EEG and MRI of brain are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Loss of consciousness, besides headaches, is a neurological symptom that needs to be evaluated further with functional and imaging tests in order to evaluate/exclude conditions such seizures.

There may be a relationship with migraines and psychological problems, but we can't be sure without appropriate tests.

There is need for electroencephalography (EEG) and brain MRI to complete the diagnostic steps.

Discuss about above mentioned possibilities with a Neurologist.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
