Brief Answer:
You need expert advise/ investigations to know/ treat the basic caause

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dolcccxxxxx
Thanks for using Health care magic for your health concern.I have read your query & understand it,
Tramadol, Tynelol are pain relievers.. they can treat acute & temporary pains symptomatically . But if the underlying cause of the pain is different & not cared for.... the drugs may not have relieving effect..over long time.
* So to start with ,we need to enlist few possible causes for your problem . They could be-
- Eye problems- Uncorrected refractory error( for spectacles)/ cataract, raised tension in eye( glaucoma)etc.
- sinus problems-- chronic sinus infection (with history of recurrent colds.)
- Blood vessels problem around or in brain( like inflammation )
- Brain infection/ raised pressure in brain fluid ( CSF)/ brain tumor
- persistent psychological stress/ tension/ depression.
* To find the possible cause you should consult your family physician first... he would examine you thoroughly... ask for history of head ache ... scrutinize for the possibility & would refer you to concerned specialist ( Ophthalmologist/ ENT specialist/Neurophysician) for needful investigations & management.
The specific treatment of basic cause( under expert's care ) then would help you to get rid of your long standing head ache.
I hope the answer satisfies you. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
