1. Since how long are you having the symptoms?
2. Is the headache on one side of head or both the sides?
3. Any throbbing or pulsatile feeling associated?
4. Any vomitings associated?
5. Any photophobia or phonophobia?
6. Any recent fever or ongoing fever?
7. Any band like sensation over the head?/\
8. How is your pain after you were given Acetaminophen?
9. How is your sleep?
10. Any recent sinus infection or cold?
