Question : Yesterday I suddenly had a pain come and go on the right side of head at the top. It comes and goes.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The headache may be migraine attack or tension type headache.
Is there any nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to sound or lights?
Any loss of consciousness, visual loss, limb weakness?
Any previous such episodes of headache?
You can take aceclofenac or naproxen for acute pain relief.
Take proper sleep and timely food.
