Brief Answer:
Take Dolo 650 mg three times a day for 2 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.

I understand your issue, only headache of a day's duration in my opinion is not something to be worried about, for now I would suggest you to take tablet Dolo 65mg thrice a day for 2 days and see how it goes.

If however, you have any other associated symptoms such as dizziness, blurred vision or disturbed vision, confusion, mental fog, stiffness in the neck, fever, nausea or vomiting, then I would urge you to consult your local doctor urgently.

Avoid coffee, exposure to bright lights or suddenly changing or flashing lights or loud noises.

Sleep at regular times, drink plenty of water and eat healthy.

I hope this helps you, I will be looking forward to hearing from you in two days time to assess your progress.

Hope you will feel better soon.

Warm regards
