Brief Answer:
Please do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms XXXXXXX
Thank you for writing back to me and Sorry for the delay in reply. It was pretty busy in my clinic today.

There can be many reasons of your headache. On the back ground of an adrenal adenoma, fluctuating blood pressure can cause this. ( especially if this is a hormone secreting adrenal adenoma). However, it could also may be due to stress. Do you think you are quite stressed after knowing about this adrenal lesion?
Please do not worry much. It is not a big lesion. Your endocrinologist will run few tests in you which I mentioned yesterday and will decide further. Please try to do some meditation , just to remain calm.

Regards
Binu

Brief Answer:
Not to worry much

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Please don't worry. I wish I had your CT scan images and reports. That would have given more clarity. Believe me, we keep seeing this kind of adrenal nodules in CT scan or ultrasound ( done for something else and accidently picking an adrenal nodule). More than 90% of times, they are benign and harmless. Not to worry. Please stay calm. Practice some meditation. Avoid alcohol /smoking which will only increase your anxiety. Go for a nice dinner or a movie with family. Wish you a happy weekend
Regards
Binu
