Question : Had high blood pressure couple weeks ago and have on and off sore left arm feeling of numbness. Sometimes I feel my heart racing could it be aniexty

What you are reporting may be related to anxiety however neurological and cardiac issues should be excluded.

This is why I strongly recommend that you should do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Holter monitoring
- Stress test
- Eye fundoscopy
- Cervical spine x-ray

If all the above mentioned exams will be normal than your symptoms are related to anxiety.
