Thanks for the query.
You might have developed urticaria.
It's an allergic reaction and requires treatment with antihistamines and steroid cream.
I treat such cases with tablet cetrizine daily in night for a week and local application of a mild steroid cream like desonide to be applied twice daily for a week.
Try this you should get relief.
The medication is usually available over the counter.
