Question : I have used permethrin 5% cream after my doctor recommended it. After using it didn't stop me from itching. Moreover, my legs became pale and scaly. I have attached the pictures of how they are. My doctor's appointment is on 17. What can I do now?

Scabies takes time.
At present you mainly have dryness of skin.
Apply moisturiser or coconut oil.
If itching is severe you can use desonide lotion twice daily.
