Question : My wife 28 F, feels skin irritation all over the body from evening, she started itching and the condition becomes worse. Images attached. Please do advice.

Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have sen the pictures uploaded by you.

The lesions are those sen typically in urticaria. The cause for the same could be multi-factorial sometimes, allergy to medication, food, environmental allergens etc.

It can be well controlled by antihistamines like Levocetrizine and medications like Montelukast.

For now she can take a dose of Tab Benadryl twice daily after food. if not subsided she can consult her doctor for the above medications.
