Question : Hello,
Since past 10 days I developed an itch on my body (back, stomach, sides of thighs, left hand). I have not used any new drugs or products. The itch starts suddenly (esp during nights) and subsides after scratching. There is no rash or lesions on the skin and skin looks very normal. Only when I scratch, I get red rash and small blisters which subside after few minutes. Please let me know if you need more information and suggest a remedy. Thank you!

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

You seem to have acute urticaria. This could be due to allergy due to some infection or food.
I suggest you to take a tablet of Loratadine 10mg (Alaspan 10 mg) once daily.
Topically you may apply a soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion, as and when required.

Regards
