Brief Answer:
consult an endocrinologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you for your question on HCM! Regarding your concern , seems that all your complains are caused by hypoglycaemia (hypotension, dizziness, palpitations, etc). The important thing is to find out the potential cause of hypoglycemia.
Do you use drugs like betablockers? Do you use to sleep currently more than usually? Have you performed recently strenuous exercise before sleeping? Do you drink alcohol? Because these are the most common causes of morning hypoglycaemia.
But before drawing to conclusions you should consult an endocrinologist to rule out rare causes like insulinoma or other causes. It is necessary to perform a day-night glycemic curve.
Hope to have been helpful.
Feel free to ask me whenever you need.
Best regards! Dr. Ilir Sharka
