Brief Answer:
Detailed examination required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi...

Thank you for your post.
I have read your query and understand your concern.

I need few more details, like
Is there any history of recent trauma/fall?
Any radiation of pain to sides or back or down below?
Is there any change in freequency urination or colour of urine?
Any associated fever, vomiting?
Any diarrhoea or constipation?
Any variation of pain during the day?

If your symptoms still persists even after taking calcium and pain killers, I would suggest you to get imaging studies like X ray / CT scan and consult your Orhopaedician. This could be a case of Disc protrusion. Imaging studies are best to diagnose it.
If nothing is detected your doctor might prescribe to some muscle relaxants which can relieve your symptoms.

I hope this will help you.
Fell free to ask further query.

Regards.

Proceed with imaging studies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome back.
Thank you for the follow up answers.

Radiating pain abdomen could also be due to Kidney stones.
I would again suggest you to go for X ray / CT scan. If there is any kidney stone treatment depend on size and location of stone.
Hope you recover soon.

Get back to me if you have further queries.

Take care. Bye.

Brief Answer:
Kindly upload photos.

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome back again.

Thank you for following my advice and for follow up query.

It would be a great help if you can just post x ray photos/ scanned copies.
Still I will try to explain it in a more simpler way.

Radio opaque means any structure that is not transparent to X rays ( doesn't allow X ray to pass through)like bones, clacified structures etc.
Ischial spine is a part of your Pelvic bone. It gives attachment to many strong ligaments and muscles in surrounding area.

Based on your description of report it seems like there could be some amount of calcification near this Ischial spine. I need to see the image before arriving at any particular diagnosis.
Also I would suggest you to consult your Orthopaedician for further management.
You might need to check your blood calcium level.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further query.

Take care. BYE.
