To recapitulate: Female/56 - had graves but hypothyroidism now taking Eltroxin - also have reflux and BP spikes when have more pain hence taking Pantoprazole and Hydrochlorthiazide - have concluded autoimmune disorder - positive Rh - 3 years - headache every day - posted the query for swollen stomach, constant nausea and headache.
Considering all the points you have noted I would advise you the following:
- Upper GI endoscopy
- Ultrasonography to start with and CT scan of the abdomen if required.
- Stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
- Recent Thyroid, liver and kidney functions, routine blood tests.
- Make a list of the food and beverages which instigate or enhance your problems and to stop them.
- Increase in immunity power in view of autoimmune disorder.
- Take additional medicines like antacid gel and Domperidone.
- Further treatment as per the reports.
Clinical evaluation by your Doctor and if needed a reference for a Gastroenterologist.
