Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Usually feeling of vomiting means nausea is not serious but I would want some more information from you to assess your condition better.
Since how many days you are having vomiting feeling?
Is there any particular posture or time when you feel it more?
Is there any food or drug from which you get nausea?
Are there any other symptoms associated with it like stomach pain, burning or acidity etc?
Any medications tried for it?
Kindly get back to me with these answers. I will give my opinion after that.

Dr.Sandip

I've had the feeling for a few years. It mainly happens in the morning but not every day. I'm not sure about food or drugs. No other symptoms. I tried medication doctor gave me but it didn't do much.
Brief Answer:
Nothing serious.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the immediate reply.
Since you have nausea occasionally in the morning hours and it is unlikely related to your food or drug.
But I will assure you that nausea can be very very rarely serious,so no need to worry about it much.
You can take anti-emetics drug (Ondansetron 4 mg) along with antacid (like Rabeprazole 20 mg before food , a proton pump inhibitor) for symptomatic relief.
