What Causes Persistent Night Sweat, Headache And Fatigue?
Question: Hi, lump in throat. Thinking cancer. Lump in left armpit. Recently started hurting. Does not move under skin. Pain and itching under sternum. Pain in what seems to be my gallbladder. Sharp, shocking pain in right lower side above my hip bone. Joint pain. No night sweats but generally tired. Ear aches and severe headaches but not as much since ive cut down sugar and stopped drinking. Always on left side behind eye. Feeling of inflammation. Severe mid back pain. 5'7" 175 lbs i know i'm overweight, i struggle but losing. Heavy alcoholism for the past five years. Alcoholism currently in recession. Pics of my throat. Thank you for doing this. PS my capital "i's" arent working.

Hello dear. Wecome and relax. You seems to be more worried than the gravity of your symptoms. I have seen the pics. There is no lump however the tonsils are mildly enlarged. Moreover , the symptoms which you have suggested doesnot point towards any specific cancer but may require evaluation. If you feel a lump in armpit, get it examined by surgeon and a needle biopsy can be done if suggestive of cancer. Similarly, a blood test, complete blood count will diagnose most of yoyr symptoms and an ultrasnography of abfomen will check your liver and gall bladder status. I think most of your issues are with overweight and alcohol. Revert back with reports and ill give you some more information.
