Question : I have had flu symptoms for the last 4 days and bad night sweats for 3 nights. should I be worried about the night sweats or do you think it is because I am fighting off this virus?

Dear Ms, night sweating associated with flu is common and doesn't require worrying.
but if you have fever then you should take ibuprofen tablets 200 mg every 8 hours .
if you have sore throats then drink plenty of warm fluids and throat lozengens
if fever persists more than 3 days then you may need antibiotics.
