Question: Right arm falling asleep last couple of days. At night but also during the day.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you have tried quite alot and nothing seems to he working. Most of the measures you have tried are supportive and not aimed at the cause.

These symptoms can arise due to essential vitamins and micronutrients defficiencies, as I would suggest replacing them specially B12, D3 and folic acid alongwith calcium and other measures which may help will be physiotherapy.

Using muscle relaxants like orphenidrine or tizanidine alongwith analgesics like acetaminophen may help with the symptoms. Meanwhile continue other supportive measures.
