-use over the counter cream to relieve the sore
-use cold compress to relieve the pain
-wash you hands frequently
-used sunscreen because sun influence negatively in repeating the sore.
-try to avoid kissing others to prevent transmission of the virus
-if it doesn't get better you should take oral prescribed antiviral medication.
