What Causes Persistent Pain And Discomfort In Left Hand And Shoulder?

I am 4.5 ft tall and 67 kilo and a healthy individual, from the past 6 months, i have been experiencing light pain or uncomforn in im left hand and shoulder backside streching upside towards backside of neck(like pain in muscle ). I consulted the physician and cardiologist and got tested for ECG 2 D echo but everything turned normal by the grace of god but now i feel the uncomform in my left leg too, and occasional pains in different parts of the body (pointed and pinching type (very light pain)), and sometimes heavyness on my head etc, all this happens on left side only
Thanks for being patient to read this and please suggest whom should I meet
Possibly due to anxiety but other conditions should be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for asking from HCM for your health related doubts
You have underwent 2D ECHO as well as ECG and nothing come abnormal. You have persistent pain and discomfort on left side of body. Though first thing that should be ruled out is some heart condition and your investigations are normal so we should look for some other cause. The pain is occurring on left leg also and this rules out the heart condition clinically also. Persistent heaviness in head is also there and some neurological cause of psychological cause should be looked for.
Are you having some weakness, numbness, tingling sensation on left side? or its just pain?
Is this pain persistent or occurs in episodes?
Is there any relation to stress?
Please provide the details in follow up.
Thanks.

Thank you for the reply, i feel weakness in the evenings but noot too much, I dont have any numbness , i have very little tingling sensation on left side experienced only one or two times till now!
It is not persistent, after some days i wont have any problems but may start again after 1 or 2 months sometimes , usually starts with pain in back of the shoulder!
i work entirely on the system,
Most likely due to anxiety.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for asking again.
Thanks for providing details. The details suggest the probable reason for these symptoms is anxiety. In anxiety such symptoms are common. As these are occurring in episodes so we can rule out heart condition easily. Try relaxation exercises and this would help in controlling the symptoms. Anti anxiety drugs like Sertraline, Fluoxetine, Paroxetine etc are commonly used in such symptoms. These are safe drugs and can help in controlling your symptoms without any doubts. Please visit a doctor for expert evaluation and treatment.
Thanks, Hope this helps you. Still have doubts please ask again.
