Question : Hi,
I am having breast pain all the time from a month, I think more than a month . And in the morning i feel so much pain and stiffness( tightness) in my breasts. What to do? I am having periods every month regularly, and period lasts for 2 days. Earlier it was of 3-4 days.

Hi,

I understand your concerns about breast pain.

Breast lumps are probably the reason for your breast pain.

Breast lumps are dangerous and need to be differentiated from cancer causing breast lumps.

Please see your doctor immediately and request examination to check if lumps still exist. If yes, you need ultrasound scan and mammogram.
