Hello,
I have studied your case. Pain in left arm specially if it is associated with chest pain can be caused by heart problems. So I would suggged you to go to ER and get your heart check up. If there is any heart problem then any delay can cause serious problem.
Other causes can be muscle pull or cervical spondylitis. If your ECG is normal and tour blood pressure is not high then you can follow these steps
1.Tablet Etorixoxib 90 mg one od.
2. Hot water fomentation
3. Volitran gel local application .
