Brief Answer:
Symptoms due to mutiple medical comorbidities

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have gone through your query in detail.

The symptoms in your case are related to reactivation of EBV.

This is admixed with symptoms of anxiety/panic states and hypothyroidism.

To evaluate the white specs in the stool, I advise you to get a complete stool microscopic examination and a fecal fat estimation test.

This is done to look for any malabsorption.

The association of white specs with liver tumor or diverticulitis is highly unlikely.

Since your FOBT, liver enzymes are normal, this can be reasonably ruled out.

For accurate confirmation, I advise you to have a HRCT scan of the abdomen in case of any doubt.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
