Question : I have pain under my ribs and across my upper back. It has been there for about three days and I don't have a gall bladder. What else could it be ? It's on my right side.

Thank you for the query.

It ca be a stone in the bile ducts as well as the peptic ulcer. If you have had any fatty foods recently, pancreas can be causing the pain.
I suggest you to have abdominal utrasound and blood work done. Gastroscopy should be considered as well.
