What Causes Persistent Painful Urination And Colorless Penile Discharge?

Question : I am a 29 year old male. And I have been experiencing painful urination for some time now, I also seem to have sporadic discharge. The discharge is random and not green or yellow in color. It almost seems to be the color of watery urine. I also seem to drip several minutes after urination. I have gone to several doctors and they all have tested me for STDs including gonhorrea and chlamidya all with negative results. I get sent home with a ZPack and chlamidya meds "just in case" and dismissed. This has been going on for a couple of months now.. Is there something else that may be causing this?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have UTI.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexime along with urinary
antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Ive had my urine Cultured and my physician said yhere was no sign of a UTI. Is it possible tht it wouldnt show up?

Negative urine culture with burning urination and frequency can be either due to abacterial non infectious Cystitis or infection of the prostate .

Please get your semen examination and semen culture done to rule out Prostatis .

In the mean while continue taking drugs which I have suggested in my reply earlier.
