Brief Answer:
Gynae examination and ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic
I understand your anxiety about the issue and it is indeed serious and should not be taken lightly
Get a pelvic examination from a good gynaecologist and an ultrasound at the earliest
It can be serious so much so like cancer or can just be related to postmenopausal hormone deficiency
Get the tests and then we can decide further
Regards
