                                    Brief Answer:
possible fungal infection of skin, lab test advised
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the photo you provided and noted the rash. It seems to be fungal infection of the skin. Examination of skin scrapping under microscope is advised to proper diagnosis.
With regards to treatment, it will depend on lab results. Usually, in such cases, if fungal infection is confirmed, applying clotrimazole lotion mixed with hydrocortisone cream are advised.
Hope it was of help!
