Brief Answer:
you need to get investigated and examined thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Now certain part of your query is not clear, the exercise part, can you please upload the prescription of the doctor so that I can have a detailed look at it..

Now at your age, with no significant co-morbidities, right sided frontal headache can be due several reasons i.e. tension headache, sinusitis, stress related, even due to impaired visual power of the eyes and some others(if you're using spectacles then it's probably a right time to get your eye-check-up done too)..

Please note that pain killers will only provide symptomatic relief, so for the exact diagnosis a proper clinical evaluation is needed preferably by a Neurologist so that appropriate management can be taken..

Let me know if you're having any further queries, i'll be glad to clarify..

Take Care
Regards
