Question : I have dry mouth and constant thirst. I've had these symptoms for the past 3-4 days now. I seem to feel different in the lower back, left side. It's not really pain but just seems different. There is no pain touching in that area and no pain in the abdomen. I have no problem with urination- in fact, I'm going quite a bit since I'm drinking a lot of water since I'm always thirsty. My urine is light in color and no blood in the urine. My appetite seems fine and I've been going to the gym to workout regularly. A few times, I seemed to get flushed and break out in sweats. I

THis is atypical then!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is simply not so typical of a specific disease condition them given that diabetes and medications which were most likely causes seem totally off the list. I will suggest that you monitor only for now and should these symptoms persist beyond a week, seek for a full medical evaluation. There are times we go through somewhat different transient symptoms that have no pathological significance.
